Jose has spent two decades turning complex evidence into decisions across government, banking, insurance, and social impact organisations.
His experience spans analytical strategy, operating models, evaluation, forecasting, predictive modelling, data platforms, governance, and capability building. He has led teams and multidisciplinary programmes, advised Boards, ministers, and regulators, and moved advanced analysis into live operational use.
That variety matters. It brings together public-service rigour, commercial delivery, regulatory accountability, and a deep interest in the societal value of evidence. DAD applies that perspective with an unwavering commitment to businesses, communities, and individuals across County Durham and the North East.
